FHA STREAMLINE REFINANCE

                             The FHA Streamline Refinance allows borrowers to lower their interest rate ANY TIME the rates DROP. This program was developed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and has been around since the 1980's. This program is strictly regulated by HUD, and can only be performed by FHA/HUD GOVERNMENT INSURED LENDERS.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • THE LOAN BEING REFINANCED MUST CURRENTLY BE AN FHA LOAN
  • THE LOAN BEING REFINANCED MUST BE CURRENT AND NOT IN DEFAULT
  • THE BORROWER'S PRINCIPAL & INTEREST PAYMENT (P&I) MUST BE REDUCED
